With a chalky-white epidermis and sanguine eyes, Waar's gaze is often fierce and in competition with his head tattoos as a focal point. Etched into his flesh are three black stripes just above the ear on either side of his head. While they may seem simple in design, they are symbolic of Championships he has won in Gladiatorial Arenas. Darkened skin surrounds his sleepless eyes and scars crack his appearance. Over his right eye, brows, crest of the head and cheeks, scars paint his visage with painful memories. In addition to his rough appearance, staying true to Rattataki culture, he also has a pierced septum. Lean and muscular, he has a sinewy build and his solid frame is also covered in an assortment of scars.
Waar Duum has a sick sense of humor, viewing the world through dark colored glass. He has a biting sense of black humor, often laughing at things that most people would find reprehensible or down right soul crushing. As a result, those that are not used to his brand of humor often find Waar Duum downright unbearable or overly morbid. At the same time, his cynicism can be useful for seeing through the optimistic altruism of those he encounters.
A prize fighter, Waar spent much of his time fighting in Gladiatorial style Arenas. Amassing fame and fortune has become an addiction he has been unable to shake. However, upon retiring from the Arena, his reputation followed him; even into his new profession as a Bounty Hunter. While being renowned is normally a good thing, afterall he loves the attention, it can make it increasingly difficult for him to blend in or remain inconspicuous on worlds he used to compete on. Nar Shadaa, Coruscant, Concord Dawn and Rattatak to name a few.
Waar Duum considers his work to be the most important aspect of his life. This borderline obsession with the "job" leaves little room for any kind of personal or social life, making it difficult for Waar Duum to relax and enjoy spending time with others. He excels in activities that relate to their work, but the idea of work-life balance is an altogether abstract concept.
Waar Duum rarely acts without an alternate motive when it comes to lending aid or acting in a situation. Be it greed, power, or something else, almost undoubtedly Waar Duum is after something more than what he says - though sometimes Waar Duum is even blunt enough to admit to it. While his self-serving attitude comes as a boon, usually, to his survival and pocketbook, his relationships are often strained by his outright selfish attitude.
Waar Duum vastly prefers ranged combat, taking every opportunity to use skills and Force Powers to disengage from melee and instead fight at range, so much so that he has become competent at staying out of melee in the first place.
While Waar is Force Sensitive, he has refused all forms of Force training thus far. Tapping into it for Duum is more of an instinct, as his skills with the Force are more instinctual by nature. Heightened senses, amplification, accelerated healing processes, controlling his body, inner rage and concealing himself are all things he uses in times of need, rarely calling upon it, yet the mystical Force has always been there for him. He calls it luck, others know better. Unfortunately, with his refusal to train in the Force, he has been unable to unlock his true potential. The true power within, waiting in dormancy.
