Physically, Quejo is your typical human, a Kuati to be exact. He is of average height with a stocky build and is rather handsome according to most people's standards. He has blue eyes with specks of green, light brown short cropped hair and a well trimmed beard.
When in battle, Quejo normally can be seen wearing his Elite Guardsman Armor without the helm, reserving it for formal occasions.
Day to day and for sparring, Quejo wears a variety of different clothing and robes, hemmed by the tailor's of the Herald's office.

A top notch mechanic, Quejo picked up many of his skills from his father and takes pride in knowing how things work. In fact, he can generally be found meditating while working on his various projects even if said creations have been known to cause harm to innocent bystanders. Through trial and error he has come to the realization that nearly everything in the Galaxy is based around motion and problem solving. This philosophy has been utilized in his never-ending search for creating the perfect form.
Raised in the Kuat shipyards, Quejo learned early on how to operate the machinery he was bred to assemble. He soon preferred having a hull beneath his feet. It was in his blood. His father was not surprised to find that he had a knack for flying and taught his son to always expect the unexpected. This attitude served him very well as a Naval Commander in various Houses and Clans throughout the Brotherhood and serves him well to this day.
Seeming to always say the right thing at the right time. Quejo is able to empathize with various people. Very charming in his approach, almost able to look into the soul. However, be warned, while he may seem suave: his charms are more than likely self-serving and insincere. While he has lured many people into his employ there are those wise enough to stay away and warn others of this shrewd diplomat.
Rugged and brutal, Quejo treads dangerously close to the Darkside, preferring to stay somewhere a little lighter. Truthfully he calls it how he sees it, living by his own set of morals and standards. While mercy and compassion are not foreign concepts to him, the same can be said for anger and destruction. Formerly a leader of the Jedi Order and Brotherhood alike, Quejo has adopted many teachings from both sides of the fence. Finding a sort of balance in between. Unfortunately this causes unease in some. Nevertheless, if he's caught in the wrong mood, he can make anyone have a very bad day: Mentioning the occasional mood-swings.
If you look deep inside Quejo's rough exterior you'll find an artist. A Man so dedicated to the duel that he views it as an artform. Seeking to master his 'life' as well as his weapon he draws on many outside influences to produce a form he constantly seeks to improve. Through the years his skill with a blade has landed him gigs as a Lightsaber instructor. Teaching the basics but refusing to teach certain moves for the sake of advantage. This outlook on teaching has caused anger among many and stirred unwanted curiosity in some. For that reason, Quejo remains on the defensive. Expecting the unexpected.
Quejo is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has led him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
