Corvo is a Human with naturally red hair which is made more noticeable by pale skin. The hair atop his head sweeps upward and stands on end like the fires of an inferno and his eyebrows are thick and long as they too seem to defy gravity. Set beneath them are golden eyes tainted by the Darkside which peer out over his long hooked nose with an intense focus. A long mustache curls at the ends and a pointed goatee sprouts from the tip of his sharp chin. His slender body screams regality as his posture is confident albeit pompous. Bearing the look of a corrupt and manipulative diplomat. His body, though thin, maintains the toned quality of a man dedicated to training and ripples with defined musculature. Beneath his tunic, if one were curious enough to look, his left side, including his torso, left leg and left arm are covered in burn scarring from a life spent on his Volcanic homeworld.
Corvo has a sick sense of humor, viewing the world through dark colored glass. He has a biting sense of black humor, often laughing at things that most people would find reprehensible or down right soul crushing. As a result, those that are not used to his brand of humor often find Corvo downright unbearable or overly morbid. At the same time, his cynicism can be useful for seeing through the optimistic altruism of those he encounters.
Corvo's life is filled with training and learning for all sorts of situations, from the mind-numbingly normal to the utterly bizarre. As such, Corvo has developed into a rather resourceful individual. This has made Corvo a mix of academic and scholar, always with something to offer to any discussion. However, knowledge and training does not always translate well to the tense environment of the battlefield, and no amount of textbooks can prepare one for reality...
Corvo rarely acts without an alternate motive when it comes to lending aid or acting in a situation. Be it greed, power, or something else, almost undoubtedly Corvo is after something more than what he says - though sometimes Corvo is even blunt enough to admit to it. While his self-serving attitude comes as a boon, usually, to his survival and pocketbook, his relationships are often strained by his outright selfish attitude.
People tend to reverently follow Corvo’s lead and look up to him in difficult situations. Whether through inspirational behavior, fear and manipulation, or belief and hope for a better future, they think that Corvo genuinely believes what he does. This is all a clever facade, however, as Corvo is not always as upstanding and respectable as his followers believe. He is no idol, but an opportunist who knows how to manipulate a crowd into bettering his own machinations.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Corvo has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Corvo then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Corvo has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
Corvo may wear a lightsaber at his waist, but he always goes for his trusty blaster instead, preferring to shoot it out from range rather than trying to get in up-close and personal. Only as a last resort will he go for his lightsaber.
