Rurr is a tall brown shaggy furred wookie with a short braided beard, he wears a belt at his waist and a bandolier across his chest. His build is more fit than muscular and has brown eyes.
While Rurr will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward his best effort, it’s still just a job. Rurr's true loyalties lie to his friends, and through thick and thin,he will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Rurr's trust, putting him at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust his motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Rurr, though, because loyalty to his friends is not something credits can buy.
Rurr grew up never knowing his family. He was sold into slavery very young, and was put to work almost immediately. However, due to his age, Rurr bounced from owner to owner until he became a teenager. Having to endure horrible treatment during this time in his life, Rurr has lingering trust issues while carrying an absolute hatred toward slavers. If confronted with acts of slavery, he will most likely lash out in some way, regardless if it compromises his objective.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Rurr's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
The Jedi are selfless, caring only about others. Rurr is compassionate, brave and always strives to represent the common good. He tries to help everyone he can, even at his own expense, and is a fine role model for others to follow.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Rurr has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Rurr then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Rurr has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, Rurr will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. Rurr's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts him into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While he may not be the one to always start a fight, he will always see it through to its conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when Rurr initiates or accepts a challenge, he does not hold back.
