Dahar is a traditional looking Bothan with brown eyes, dark grey fur, and a lean wirey build.
Dahar has not created any public loadouts yet.
An oddity among the Quantum Shadows, Dahar is out of place among their number. With no real talent as a swoop jock and little mechanical skill of note, his value to the gang stems from working via the shadows. Kept as Bhoc Vedmat's personal problem solver, Dahar's uncanny ability to infiltrate locations, remove problems, and quietly erase people has kept the gang alive more times than can be counted. A scalpel among hammers, Dahar is the one they turn to when subterfuge is required and to deal with matters in the shadows.
Although the exact details remain murky, Dahar's history is an open secret among his comrades. An agent being prepared for the Bothan Spynet who flunked out for reason unknown, he has since been hiding from either his former comrades or another enemy. While such attention would be a liability, Dahar's talent for covering his tracks has helped to offset such issues, and his talent for espionage has justified his presence among the Quantum Shadows. The question remains what will happen if his former employers ever learn of his presence, and how many of his allies would sell him out to preserve their own lives.
Dahar has a simple motivation - Keep getting enough credits to keep on living. There's no point in living for the thrill, honour, glory, or anything you can't pay your rent with, and by far the fastest means to have Dahar turn on a person is to be stingy with payment when the time comes. This makes his relationship with Vedmat and most of the Quantum Shadows direct and simple, which Dahar appreciates in their chaotic lives. Unfortunately it has led to some questioning his reliability, with some quietly believing that he will turn on them the second he gets a better offer. It doesn't matter how many times he points out how double crossing paymasters always ends badly, such persistent rumours refuse to die.
A consummate professional, Dahar’s emotions are muted while on the job. Following cold logic and sticking to the letter of what is required of him, Dahar prides himself on carrying out his issues with minimal fuss and collateral damage. Such a detached and focused approach has its benefits, but it means he rarely works well alongside the other Quantum Shadows. Vedmat’s heavy handed berserker tactics and desire for personal glory in particular have caused the two to clash in rare moments, limiting Dahar's involvement with the rest of the gang.
Opting to come at any foe sideways, Dahar attempts to win fights before they begin. Never approaching an enemy from the front or announcing his presence, Dahar will track his enemy, pinpoint their location and then attempt to kill them in a rapid burst of violence before they can fully react. If he wins, Dahar is left with a corpse to dispose of. If it lasts more than a few seconds, a well placed flashbang or distraction will allow him to disappear again. The problem comes from when Dahar is denied an exit, at which point he is either limited to delaying tactics or focusing more on trying to create a way out over ending his opponent.
Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. Dahar takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario he might expect to encounter. Dahar tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and he often finds himself at a loss in situations that go beyond what he could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, his perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.
