Contrary to what most people might think, Horatio is not heartless. In fact, he has a family to support; a very sick daughter to look after. As a parent, this has driven him to extremes in what he will do to look after her. She is his world, and he would do anything for her. Gods have mercy on anyone that tries to get in his way.

Despite outward appearances, Horatio is actually a pleasant individual to be around. He's suave, polite, and a gentleman to those he interacts with. Some might say he's a bit too perfect, and there's truth in that. Behind his eyes, there's a ruthlessness waiting to break free…

Underneath that pleasant smile is a man with a sadistic streak about a mile long. The world is full of bad people, and Horatio will happily admit that he is one of them. Naturally, this can unnerve others, but Horatio prefers to call it honesty.

“Bullseye” isn't just a nickname, it's a statement. Horatio vastly prefers Ranged Combat, and is a pretty deadly shot with a sniper in his hands.

However, he can get tunnel-visioned and be left unaware of his surroundings. Those who can get up close can neutralise him.

Horatio does not rush into Combat willy-nilly. He prefers to take his time to analyse his surroundings for where to take the best shot. This can sometimes leave him at a disadvantage in situations that require decisive action.
