Dameeze is not very intelligent, having been raised among outlaws and receiving no real education except that of a mercenary. Throughout his life he has been manipulated many times by those smarter than him, giving him a general distrust of more estudious individuals.

Even at a young age, it was clear Dameeze was a different breed from other Lonto. His height and natural strength secured a role within his mercenary group and made him indisposable. Seeing how others needed him created a positive feedback loop for Dameeze, who often volunteers to do the heavy lifting and in turn continues to grow in strength.

Dameeze was told once as a prank that talking in the third person would make him sound smarter, and the poor fellow took it to heart. Dameeze will always refer to himself in the third person as ‘Meez’ when talking, even if the effort forces him to slow his speech down to a frustrating crawl.

Regular emotions common with other humanoid species, like joy or anger, are not really present in Dameeze’s mind. Unless the expected reaction is obvious, he will generally have to rely on his allies for the necessary social cues.

Dameeze has never been able to win a fight with words, so he needed to train with alternative methods. His strength carried him far, but it was not enough alone. Dameeze has devoted a large portion of his training to bladed weapons for that very purpose, and always has at least 2 different blades on his person.

Though Dameeze is not an intelligent man, he recently discovered he has a natural affinity for explosives. Eager to experiment with this newfound skill, Dameeze will jump at any opportunity to blow something up, even if that decision might cause more harm than good.
