Competition: Tradition!

Tradition! Many units and subunits of the Brotherhood have their own rituals and traditions that make them unique. As a Battleteam of House Excidium, Tacitus Athanasius is in need of something that makes it unique from the House.

Come up with a tradition/ritual that makes Tacitus Athanasius unique. Perhaps a joining ceremony, or perhaps our own way of celebrating the founding of the battleteam. There is no word limit, but do elaborate on your ideas. Remember, be creative. Winner will have their tradition come to life and put on the wiki.
