Have you ever played Magic: The Gathering? Have you ever wondered what some of our beloved characters would look like in other gaming universes? Well do I have a competition for you!

Format

Submit a custom made Magic card with any Brotherhood character with a character sheet as the subject. The card itself may be any color or type within the game system (creature, land, planewalker, instant, etc). Game balance factors such as mana cost will only be considered as it relates to the CS of the subject.

There are several websites available to assist in generating cards. MTGCardsmith is just one example. Here is an album containing several examples of DB cards.

Criteria

Entries must be an image of a custom made Magic: The Gathering card of any type (color, land, artifact, creature, etc) that relates to a character in the Dark Brotherhood. Entries will be judged on adherence to the character sheet of the subject character i.e. how you use the card mechanics (color, type, abilities, flavor text) to capture the character or an aspect of the character (if using a non-creature card). Judgment factors include, adherence to CS, creativity, and a small tilt for overall appearance.

Ask permission before using another person's character or character art

Use of stock images is allowed for the card art portion of the entry.

You must create a new card specifically for this competition. Submitting entries from prior competitions (even your own entries) or the work of others will result in disqualification and referral to the chamber of justice
