Goal:

The Character Sheet is an integral part of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, and one of the most complex. In the interest of working together to show the versatility of this system, you are tasked with designing a Character Sheet for the listed iconic character.

Through this competition, you will practice Character Sheet creation, while seeing what comes together to make a quality, and informative, sheet.

Using the above character, create a Character Sheet containing the following information:

  • DB Rank
  • Physical Description
  • Weapon Loadout
  • 1 to 2 General Aspect
  • 1 to 2 Personality Aspect
  • 1 to 2 Combat Aspect
  • At least 4 Skills
  • At least 4 Force Powers (if applicable)
  • Rank appropriate Feats

Judging

Judging will be based on the following criteria:

Syntax (20%) – Includes grammar, spelling, mechanics, and use of formatting.

Entertainment Value and Creativity (50%) – Includes how entertaining and creative aspects and physical description are, as well how well the character sheet fits together as a whole. Also includes how engaging the character is to read, and how the personality of the character shows through the character sheet.

Realism (30%) – How well does the character match what is known about this character in the canon? This includes choice of rank, order, and path – but some flexibility is given here as we do not have an easy, direct comparison between the movies and our systems. Note that if you decide to “fill in the blanks” for characters where we don’t know a lot, what you present must closely match what it is we do know about them and fit plausibly within the Star Wars Universe.

Physical Description:
Poe Dameron has brown hair, brown eyes, and tan skin. A muscular build from his military training and from his dad’s training while he was growing up.

General Aspects:
I Can Fly Anything
Poe Dameron has spent most of his life behind the controls of starfighters. As such has an innate ability to familiarize himself with the controls of any starfighter. When push comes to shove, Poe can familiarize himself with the controls of a starfighter quickly, but given more time he can maximize his proficiency with the fighter.

Headstrong Confidence
Dameron had a headstrong nature which often led him into trouble, and a proud countenance that, those who did not know him, could mistake for arrogance. Confident in his skills and in his mission, he sometimes displayed an impatience that arose only from a desire to fulfill the task at hand.

Personality Aspects:
Always Look on the Bright Side of Life

Commitment To Duty
While his mother taught him to fly and to love it, his father had taught him that when he committed to doing something, one committed to going all the way or not do it at all. Thanks to them, Dameron developed a strong sense of commitment and duty, but had trouble with the line between his commitment to the Resistance and the commitment to his comrades.

One Hell of a Pilot
When behind the controls of a starfighter, Poe is very focused and meticulous. Once he has a target in his sights, he waits until he’s able to make one shot to destroy his target. Poe is also able to track and destroy multiple targets quickly, not wasting a single shot.
