Competition: [COU] The Invasion of Daleem (Fiction)

Through exercised caution and military training, members of the Hoth JTF disable Daleem’s orbital detection, allowing the rest of the JTF to land in strategic locations around the prized space elevator. Under cover of the massive inbound lightning storms surrounding the elevator’s shaft, troop transports are met with little resistance as the battle to conquer Satele Shan commences.

• Objective:

House Satele Shan: Hostile forces have landed upon Daleem in a mock invasion. Write a fiction of no less than 500 words as to how the events unfold in the defense of the planet. Your retelling can focus on either the initial space invasion or the defense against the ground forces.

House Hoth: Your mission is to ensure the capture of the Satele Shan command headquarters. In no less than 500 words write a fiction detailing the events surrounding the invasion of Daleem. Your retelling can focus on either the initial space invasion or the ground assault.
