You ever get into a situation where things just went wrong and you can't explain it? Or you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time? Have things failed and you know exactly who is to blame? Now's your chance to spin a tale about just that.

In a minimum of 500 words, write a story about your character having some such scenario happen, and for some reason, it's not his or her fault. Get to know my character, and have a bit of fun doing so. And thus at some point in the story, your character MUST say the phrase that is the title of this competition:

"Don't blame me, it was Xolarin's fault."
