Competition: [Godless Matron] Story of One

Prompt: Create an NPC character from the Godless Matron. They can be any species or gender, and any Order or Path. You are free to create them as you wish, as long as they fit into the Matron setting. Write a short story about their life on the ship and what they do there. Be creative.

Additional Information:

• All entries must be sumbitted through the site in .docx or .pdf form
• Your entry must be a minimum of 500 words, there is no maximum
• The character created for the purposes of this competition does not need to have a character sheet, nor will the addition or exclusion of one impact your entry
• This character and anything you mention in your entry may be used in future Herald fictions or competitions
• 1 additional Cluster will be awarded for every 500 words of fiction, up to a maximum of 2000 words
