Competition: CDW: Through the Lens of IC

Finished
CDW: Through the Lens of IC

Prompt:

The add-on CDW for this month is an interesting one. We all have views and opinions on each other's characters. Thoughts, ideas, understandings on their workings. That is all fine and great, however… does that understanding necessarily translate to your character’s view? The answer should be as straight forward as a simple “no”. In table top, this would be considered metagaming… IC would never and should never know what you know OOC.

Here, we have Mune (yes, I know, using myself for this one!) For those long of Clan SCholae Palatinae, they may well have known him from his prior time among your numbers. He was a QUA of House Acclivis Draco, an Isradia, and Master to Elincia. Then he was gone! Where he was for so many years has never been disclosed, but he returns, takes a role in [Shattered Ties]. He quickly assumed the role of the Clan’s Rollmaster. To most currently in the clan, Mune would have still been no more than a stranger they passed in the palace halls. Then came [Midnight], things have gone to chaos and now we stand recovering.

I know how you feel about me, out of character, you are all fantastic clan mates… however… how does your CHARACTER feel towards this stranger? What does your character know? Feel? Too often we view each other’s characters through our own personal lens, however, what about the lens of your character him/herself? They may well have an utterly different view altogether. Explore this angle. Put down your personal lens and look through the eyes of your character and explore those depths of how she/he would feel or understand this mysterious Hybrid in their midsts, taking up a key role in your clan.

For clarity's sake: Write a story from your character's point of view, regarding the character Mune.
