Welcome to the Shroud War.

While the Inquisitorius and the Lotus fight their battles for territory and lives, another battle rages in the depths of Brotherhood space. The Black Sun has seen fit to invade Shroud Syndicate territory to seize their operations and ruin their plans. The Herald and her crew fight a desperate battle to save the Godless Matron in the Shroud Nebula while their guns-for-hire, bounty hunters, and other less savory criminals spread through Brotherhood controlled space to subvert the Black Sun’s efforts.

How to participate?

Sign up for the tournament by subscribing to this parent competition. Once you sign up, your name will be added to the list of participants found with the bracket which will be sent upon the competition’s start. Subscriptions will be open a week before the competition starts.

Note: Late subscription will be disabled, meaning you must sign up before the competition start date. Those who subscribe in the allotted time will be able to participate, those who don't will not.

How it will work?

Once this parent competition begins, the bracket will be filled out. Each name on the signup list will be assigned a number starting with one (1). Using a random number generator, we will then place each participant into the bracket starting with the top most open spot then the bottom most open spot and proceeding until the bracket is filled.

Note: In case we have an odd number of participants the last name left will receive a bye for round one.

Once the bracket is set, the tournament rounds (set up as child graphics competitions) will be uploaded. You will need to subscribe to each round you are in where you will find the prompt you and your opponent will square off over.

To move to the next round you must create a superior graphic to your opponent’s. All gading will be done utilizing the Dark Brotherhood Graphics Rubric V2. Participants can learn the results of their match up by checking the bracket. An email will be sent out at the end of each round to all participants in that round which will notify them that the round has been graded and who will be moving forward to the next round.

If for any reason a member is without an opponent for a round then they will be granted a bye.

Note: Clusters of Graphite will be awarded per round/per graphic.

The final round will consist of 4 participants, one pair drawing for first and second and the other for third and fourth place.
