Competition: "Some men are coming to kill us. We're going to kill them first."

You are outnumbered, hunted and in unfamiliar territory. Trapped aboard an abandoned space station, your character finds themselves facing down a group of elite enemy troops sent to assassinate them. The question now is how you survive, how you turn the tables on them, and how you emerge victorious. This tale is designed to be as detailed or as simple as you need it to be, from the end of a lengthy manhunt to a brief fight scene as the two groups stumble upon one another, or even an elaborate trap intended to take down your pursuers. Feel free to go with whatever idea you feel is the most fun.

• Clusters of Ice will be rewarded as standard, and will scale with the length of the piece.
• Each entry must have a minimum of five hundred words.
• Entries will be graded as a whole using the Voice Fiction Rubric.
