Thirty-six hours ago, one of the last remaining spies the Taldryan Intelligence Directorate had within the Dark Council sent us transcrypted message. Within this message, he requested an immediate meeting with one of our field agents to deliver informations of high value to Taldryan that can't be transferred via holonet. Your mission is to meet with our spy and take over the said intel package to deliver the package to the Ektrosian Summit.
As you arrive at the arranged meeting point you can't find any clue of the spy. After an hour of waiting you decide to search for. A quick search through the local networks led you to a cabin on the F-Deck. When you didn't got a reply for your knocking, you decide to enter the cabin. It's a total mess and in its center the lifeless body of the taldryan spy. As you quickly search the cabin, your gaze fixes on a desk-mounted datapad. Upon activating it, the interface immediately asks for an authorization code. Looking around for any hints of the authorization code you find a small datapad with the personal diaries of the spy in which three entries are highlighted.
You realize, your mission objectives have just changed: Instead of simply receiving a data package and return it to your Summit, you are now forced to identify the correct code to unlock the encrypted data on the desk-mounted datapad and get away from the crime scene without getting caught by the local authorities whose appearance will surely be only a matter of time.
Your task is to write a fiction of no longer than 750 words as how you approach the scenario. Judging will be based upon current Voice Grading Rubric. Clusters of Ice will be awarded accordingly.
Note: This competition is part of a series of competitions, more details about this mission and useful informations about the spy and other mission related objects may be unlocked by the participation in this competition as well as participating in other competitions run by the ektrosian Summit.
