Prompt - Emotions are another big piece of what makes our characters who they are. We all have emotions, though experienced different from person to person and to varying degrees. Your task is to write a piece of poetry exploring either Joy or Sadness as your character would experience the emotion.

Specifications -

  • Any structured poetry style may be used; NO Free Verse, Narrative or Epic; the poetry style must be stated. Examples of accepted poetry styles include: Sonnet, Couplet, Limerick, and Haikus (along with their variations).
