Competition: The Fiction behind a Fighter

The first ship the company has asked you to devise is a fighter. The specifications that they have given are:

-It must be fast
-Well armed
-Be able to be crewed by one or two people
-Have an astromech socket

Your task is to write how your character goes about designing this ship. Do they do it alone, perhaps they get help, who knows, the choice is yours.

You can also delve into why the company may have chosen you and how they approached you.

Points will be gained for the level of descriptive detail that goes into the creation of this ship, the more it can be visualised, the better.

Grading will be based on the Fiction Rubric
