Competition: Designing a Base

Specifics

I want everyone to write a thorough description of what the Gi headquarters should look like. Describe the location, buildings, rooms, and facilities, anything that should be part of the base. I will be judging them based on creativity and level of detail. Drawings or sketches are encouraged, but not necessary. Get creative!
