Competition: Imperial Gaming

CSP is looking to start a regular Clan gaming night. Act as if you were tasked to plan this regularly recurring event. Put together a proposal that answers at least these questions.

• What is the name of this gaming night?
• What types of games will be played?
• What gaming platforms will be utilized?
• Will the gaming night be tied to any regularly recurring competitions?
• What will the communication platform be?
• When and how often will this gaming night be held?

Please note that you must answer these questions but are not restricted to just these details.

The winner will have a version of their plan put into clan policy and as a regularly occurring event. We reserve the right to alter the winners plan for visibility and to also incorporate ideas from other plans submitted where appropriate.

Grading Criteria:

• Inclusion of answers to required questions
• Additional information provided outside of required questions
• Scope of plan as to objective asked
• Feasibility of plan
• Ease of enacting as policy
• Use of available resources
• Organization of document
• Judges personal tastes
