Competition: A noble warrior

On each planet, there are stories about noble warriors, who faced supernatural monsters and evil people, passed from a generation to a generation. Such warriors are praised and serve as an example of valours to be followed by casual people. In minimum 500 words, write a story revolving around an event that made someone a legendary warrior remembered by many generations. Stories will be graded in accordance to Fiction Rubric
