In going about whatever it is you do in wartime (hacking signals, spying, assassinating, blasting your way through the front line, piloting) you come across the leader of the small collective force helping Meraxis to fight us.

Write a fiction of no less than 500 words that details your mission. Your fiction should include the creation of this NPC as part of the story (and they should survive the encounter).
