Competition: [CC] Collective Report

Details

While undercover on Nancora, Voice Marick Tyris was able to record observations and notes on the inner workings of The Collective and its sub-factions. Before The Collective abandoned the planet, he was also able to retrieve additional data on their organizational methods, their origins, and their structure. This data has been processed by the Inquisitorius’ Advanced Intelligence Network back on Arx and is ready to be cataloged for the Brotherhood.

Task

You are tasked with creating a report that depicts the information parsed from the Voice’s reconnaissance data on The Collective. This technical writing-based report would cover the organization, origins, culture, and hierarchy of command.

You can create a report for any or all of the three factions, which now feature their own Wikipedia pages. This means that you must cover at least one sub-faction in your entry, but are more than welcome to include two or three in any combination you chose.

• Capital Enterprises

Your report should cover:

1. Details on how the sub-faction is organized.
   
2. Details on how the sub-faction came to be, and how it became a part of the Collective.
   
3. Details on the culture of the sub-faction, and how they interact with not just each other, but the other factions and their enemies.
   
4. Images are not required by allowed. Please cite your sources when including images.
   

Participants are encouraged to use the Collective Wiki for reference, as well as the Great Jedi War XII article to create their report.

How to submit

Since these reports will be used to potentially be used the Collective Wiki, please keep this in mind when creating your entries. You are not required to use wiki coding, but it will not hurt your entry either way. For more information, check out the Wiki cheatsheet for formatting ideas.

• Participants will submit entries in either .pdf, .doc, or .txt file format.
• Participants can optionally submit entries in the text-field utilizing Markdown formatting.

Grading

• Entries will be graded on completion, syntax, originality, and the quality of the writing used to create an interesting and well thought out documentation.
• Crews that get selected to be added will be created by the Voice staff as official Wiki stubs, per the Voice of the Brotherhood’s discretion.
• Qualifying crews that are added to the roster have the potential to be used in the future.
