Excidium is to take over Ulr Uvi once and for all. Intel we have discovered tells us that the late Gervasio Sinagra had three major clients in the area by the names of Ottaviano Warrens, Hekkha Duprunt, and Javari Tryv'nn. The Quaestor has ordered Excidiacs to go after these crime lords with the following plan:

• Tacitus Athanasius is to set after Javari Tryv'nn, head of chamber of commerce and security/enforcement.
• Vindictae Immortalis is to go after Ottaviano Warrens, the entertainment business owner.
• All Excidiacs will work together to defeat Hekkha Dupront, the drug cartel boss.

Scoring: Each competition will award points for participation, and for placing in the top 3. Competitions will be weighted in points according to the level of difficulty/skill required for them. These points will be totalled, with the top point earners receiving crescents in this parent competition. Winning submissions will also be worked into the closing fiction, and part of the official lore of the event, per the discretion of the competition runner.

Each competition participated in will award 5 points. Additional points will be awarded for the top 3 submissions of each competition. These are:

1st - 5 points 2nd - 3 points 3rd - 2 points

Competitions will be categorized as Level 1, 2, or 3. Level 1 competitions will receive a x1 multiplier to participation and placement. Level 2 competitions will receive a x2 multiplier to participation and placement. Level 3 competitions will receive a x3 multiplier to participation and placement. Further, the individual most impressive, highest scoring entry across the event earns double points! In the event of a tie for points, it will go to the individual who participated in more competitions.
