Porg, it Tastes like Bantha

This is a fun competition to see just how creative in the kitchen you are. You must come up with an original recipe using items from the Star Wars universe. Bantha Stew? Fire Roasted Porg with Tarragon and Rosemary seasoning? Spit Roasted Gungan with Mint sauce? Wampa Fritters?

The entry has to be submitted here and all entries must be able to actually be cooked using a Terran equivalent. Example Porg or Mynock=Chicken, Bantha=Beef, etc. and you must give full cooking instructions from start to finish. Terran spices, fruits and vegetable names are allowed to be used since there is little mention of them in any of the movies, but please try to use any SW names.

Lastly a full Star Wars to Terran break down has to be given of the equivalent food items.

The comp will be judged on originality, Taste (yes I may actually cook these recipes) I suggest you DO cook them to see how they turn out)), and presentation of instructions (how easy is it to understand)

Tasha’s Nerf Steak with Rylothian Wine Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

4 Ounce of Nerf Steak (Steak)
½ Tsp. of Salt
¼ Tsp. of Ryloth Pepper (regular black pepper)
2 Tsp. of Butter
1 ½ Cups of Desert Mushrooms presliced (regular mushrooms)
2 Tbsps. Chopped shallots
1 Tsp. of Minced garlic
¼ Cup Rylothian Wine (Dry Sherry)
½ cup of Nerf Broth (beef broth)
2Tsp of Cornstarch
2Tsp of water

Prep Instructions:

Sprinkle Nerf Steak with salt and pepper. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Nerf Steak to pan; cook 3 1/2 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove Nerf Steak from pan; keep warm.

Sauce:
Melt remaining 1 teaspoon butter in pan. Add Desert mushrooms, shallots, and garlic to pan; sauté 3 minutes. Stir in Nerf broth and Rylothian Wine. Combine cornstarch and 2 teaspoons water in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Add cornstarch mixture to pan; bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly till done.

Pour over Nerf Steaks and enjoy!

**Lemon Twist Scalefish**

* 2 pieces of Naboo Scalefish
* 1 Terran lemon
* (optional) Terran Canadian Montreal Steak Spice, to taste
* Halite or Terran Salt
* Bellassan pepper

Place two pieces of Naboo Scalefish on a sauce pan and set to medium heat. Take the terran lemon and squeeze out all the juice, then promptly pour over and douse the scalefish with it. Apply spices in a well fashion, and then allow to cook 8-10 minutes. If you're worried about the fish being dry, add some aqua to the pan, just enough to lightly cover the bottom of the pan. Presto! Add terran parsley if you wish.

Areticus' Vesperian Cocktail

Ingredients
3 measures of Sullustan Gin
1 measure of Shesharilian Vodka
1/2 a measure of Nabooian Blanc
1 Lemon

Instructions
Add measures shaken with ice, squeeze lemon juice, use the peel for garnish.
