Competition: [COU] Tipping Point: Elements of War (Art)

This conflict has many moving parts, but every one has a role to play. In order to help understand the bigger picture, you have been tasked with conducting a detailed examination of a person, place, or thing central to the war.

Submission and Grading

Create and submit a piece of artwork depicting one of the following:

• A portrait of Empress Kaltani, Grand Inquisitor Ishanta, or any character from the Tipping Point event fiction. You may not depict your own character.
• One of the floating cities of Kiast: Voraskel Palace, Essadan, or the Undelm Domain.
• A Vatali or Dominion airship.

You are encouraged to base your designs on the descriptions and reference images in the Kiast, Vatali Empire, and Vatali Royal Guard wiki articles.

• You may use whichever medium you like, including but not limited to: drawing, painting, digital art, photomanipulation, rendering, or sculpture.
• You are encouraged to include the names and pins of any other characters you depict in the submission box.
• You are required to include links to any reference pictures, textures, etc. you used
• Submissions may be a .png, .gif, or .jpg file.
• Submissions generated through a doll maker, meme generator, or other software that does the heavy lifting for you will be disqualified. When in doubt, ask one of the organizers before submitting.

Entries will be graded according to the Herald Graphics Grading Rubric.
