Ever wonder what it would be like to meet your character face to face? How would your character react to the encounter with yourself in  the real world?

In this competition, you are asked to write about your character's reaction after they break through from the Star Wars fiction universe and cross over into your personal life, discovering your office or room where you do the bulk of your DJB activities, and ultimately crash into your lives unannounced from there.

Your Job:

Write a fiction of at least 500 words (no word cap limit) that describes how your character got there,  their reaction and interactions with our world.

Please pay particular attention to the Holliday season and the activities you yourself are preoccupied with during your character's crossing to your world over the Hollidays, or events leading up to, or following from the holidays.

Some examples include but are not limited to:

• Your character barges in as you're wrapping presents?
• Your character crashes your nona's Christmas dinner
• Your character dropping in as the countdown to the new year begins
• Your character is dropping in on your undecorated home and intruding at a time you'd rather be alone

Your story will be graded based on the DJB fiction rubric,  which technically allows you to be subjected to the same rules as your character! cackles gleefully
