Competition: [HOO] Legion of Boral Artefact

Specifics

The title of Legion of Boral carries with it both a great honour and a great responsibility. As such, the reward should reflect this.

Recipients of this title shall also be rewarded with an artefact (ie. weapon, medallion, ring, etc...). You are tasked with designing it as well as giving an explanation to its eaning.

The design should be written out, however bonus points will be given if you make a graphics as well.
