Competition: Retaking Eldar Phase Two Fiction

We have done it the Capital is retaken and firmly under Arconan control, now comes the even more difficult task of repair and resettlement. We have been tasked to assist and provide security for the new settlers as well as counting to smooth out relations with the inhabitants left after the plague.
