Competition: [Sunrider] [Vatali Unsettled] The Mayor and Empress

You have been sent to escort Mayor Jalan of Foothold to a meeting with Empress Kaltani at Voraskel Palace on Kaist. It is your job to, not only make sure he arrives safely, but to facilitate diplomatic talks between the two parties. Talks should include details of the political relationship between the Mayor and the Empress as well as a possible future between the two states. Once the meeting is over, report back to VSD Sunrider for debriefing.
