Avast, ye space-pirates!

Eldar has been reconquered, and the rebuilding of society has started in earnest. However, proper resettlement attempts have been slowed by the constant harrying of planet-side pirates, who raid villages and supply depots before melting back into the sea aboard highly-mobile watercraft. These scurvy scavengers have left caches of their booty hidden throughout the high-seas… and if there’s anything Galerians are good for, it’s hunting booty.
