Competition: I'm Here To Talk To You About The Tython Initiative - Round 2

You return to your dwelling late at night, but something is off - someone is waiting for you in the dark. Immediately alert, you activate the lights - and find a member of your the Summit waiting for you, with an offer: "I'm here to talk to you about the Tython Initiative."

Tython Squadron is, to put it simply, a team of heroes. Not only the best of the best, but the noblest of the noble are chosen by the High Council to join this group. So why were you chosen?

** In 500 words or more, write a Fiction about the day you were approached to join Tython Squadron.

** Grading will be done using the Standard Fiction Rubric, with all who place in the top three receiving appropriate Crescents.
