Competition: Space Tinder Profile

Captain Zig Kaliska has challenged the members of the Dark Brotherhood to create and/or update their existing dating profiles on the holonet. While dating sites on the holonet usually cater to single people, even happy couples have found…uses for them or just to sometimes see what the field is like from the safety of their datapad.

Whatever the motivation, the challenge has been laid out by the captain to use “Space Tinder”.

Objective

Create a “Dating Profile” for one of your characters. It doesn’t have to be your Main or Alt, but can be a slotted NPC, or even a retired character that has a sheet on file.

Examples of a dating profile are:

• Tinder Dating Profile
• Hinge Dating Profile

Your entry must contain the following:

• A picture of your character, whether it's a headshot, action post, group pic, or something else.
• A short bio/description for potential suitors to read.

Option details or ideas include:

• Age
• Sex / Gender
• Location
• “Looking for”

Alternatively, you can use the template found here, and add text/a picture to it. You can use a photo editing app, or edit the template directly on ImgFlip!

How to Submit

Your entry should be in .jpg, .png, pdf, or an easily accessible filetype that can be opened without paid software. .psd’s or files that require special software will not be accepted.

Grading

Grading will be done using the Herald Grading rubric, with the grader’s attention being paid to the creation and layout of the submitted profile. Bonus points can be gained with humor and cleverness of the written text additions.

• 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th places receive 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 points respectively.
• 6th place and non-placements earn 1 point.
• In the end, placement on the entire VD 2022 series will award Second Level Crescents.
