An encoded datapad was discovered in an abandoned house that appeared to have been in recent use as a temporary hideout by underground terrorists. Crack the code within and pass it off to command.

Rules & Scoring

• Decode the following message, and submit it in the textbox.
• The three submissions that are the most accurately decrypted will be awarded placement, with ties broken by submission time.
• Note that the message is case and punctuation sensitive.

The top three submissions will earn points as follows:

1st- 3 points 2nd- 2 points 3rd- 1 point

All valid submissions will earn a half a point for participation.
