I'll be honest - don't know tons about building lightsaber and materials but I went with a brushed metal main construction w/ hardened rubber grip

This is actually a picture that I've had for a while. I have always wanted a real life lightsaber, and so I decided to design one. After two tries, I finally arrived at this image, which I will also be submitting as a custom lightsaber once I reach Equite 2.

I modeled the design after the Ryyk blades used by the Wookies of Kashyyyk, particularly with the hilt and the pummel as well as having the main body of the grip covered by a leather wrap. Similarly, the hilt of the saber features a small Wookie-style Ryyk blade that can act as a secondary weapon when the saber is activated and as a field tool when deactivated. The choice of design style displays the appreciation of the arts of other cultures in the galaxy which is apparent in the nature of the Chiss people.

Most of the design is based off the Vindicators Lightsaber from Star Wars the Old Republic.

This lightsaber pike is a combination of both a lightsaber and a force pike. The two combine together to form a long arm that is capable of stunning, as well as being used as a long lightsaber. The reach and versatility of such a combination allows for a unique fighting style.

Actually it is a combination of the Drifter hilt (Kanan's lightsaber) and the Lance hilt from the DB lightsaber construction tool. I think the middle part of the Drifter hilt is not so gripping hence I replaced it with the Lance hilt, while still maintaining the top and bottom parts from the Drifter hilt.
