1-4 Entries: Saijo finds our efforts admirable, not fantastic or brilliant, but admirable.

5-7 Entries: Saijo see the Taldryan Republic as heros and wish to form an alliance.

Note that reaching 5-7 Entries does not mean there will be an alliance, but it puts pressure on the Saijo Monarchy to accept such an idea.
