After the assault against Diadem Fortress and the recent destruction of various Clan Arcona structures, Consul Sarin and Proconsul Aabsdu have decided that the clan needs to better its defenses just in case an attack does occur. As such, duals are being held in ladder format in the combat training area all day today and tomorrow. The overall winner will be named Protector of Plagueis and be given partial control over the defenses surrounding the Jusadih System. They will also hold a spot at the high table during times of stress. This position is not to be taken lightly, and will take true courage, bravery, and skill to win. May the best fighter win!
This competition is an Antei Combat Centre Ladder that will run all through-out the month. To participate you must only hold the rank of Neophyte or higher in the ACC, and be an active member of Clan Plagueis. Simply log into the ACC site and subscribe to the ladder. Standard ACC rules apply. All battles will be 6+2 length except for the finals which will be 12+2. Duels do not count against your win/loss record since they are held in the Plagueis Hall, and timeouts will occur after two weeks without a post. Aabsdu and Sarin will provide introductions to all battles and judge the final battle, via ACC Staff. All other battles will be judged by the regular staff. Aabsdu and Sarin will also decide the venues for each of the rounds, this means that there same location will be used for each battle in a round. You are allowed any weapons that you can wield, but remember that standard ACC rules apply. Cluster of Fires will be given one per lose, two per win, and the top three overall finishers will receive third level crescents. You can use clan powers, but remember to treat them just like you do regular force powers. The ladder will be updated each time a battle ends in the hall, and if everyone keeps up their posts then we should be able to get through the ladder within a month. The hall itself will show the ladder, so you can keep up with who's facing who that way. Match placing are completely random. With that said, good luck!
