Prompt:

Every character has to spend money at some point and it’s time for yours to go shopping! What are they shopping for? Is it a new weapon? Ship parts? Armor? A rare fruit that only shows up in stores for a limited time? Does the store have what they are looking for? Are they shopping alone or with a friend? It’s all up to you!

Write your character shopping for whatever it is they might want or need. Be as creative as you’d like!

• Participants must submit entries in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format, or use the submission text field (markdown capable).
• Any entries written in a GoogleDoc must be exported as a PDF for submission.
• It is highly recommended to submit in a PDF format.
• Entries must be a minimum of 500 words. Any entries that are under 500 words will be disqualified and ineligible for participation or placement.
• There is no maximum word cap.
• Your story must be centered on one of your dossier-linked characters, be it your Main, Alt, or other slotted NPCs. Additional NPCs, those created/invented to tell your story in this fiction, are allowed and strongly encouraged.
