Competition: Personal Relationships

Prompt: You know what I've been really enjoying lately? Writing relationships between my characters. That's the goal for this fiction comp!

Rules: In 500 words or more, write a piece of fiction centred around the relationship between 2 or more of your characters. What happens is up to you. How does their relationship develop? Do they get along, or do they hate each others guts?
