Competition: [CSP] Chapter 1: Of War and Science

Background:

Write a story using one or both of the below prompts:

Option A) As referenced in the Clan's fiction, the ISN Warspite and the 1st fleet came under attack by an unknown alien force. Commander Fitzroy Tosten, aboard the Warspite, is caught in the middle of the action. Write an action packed story about this attack. Is your character in the action in a TIE Fighter? Or are the on the Bridge of an Imperial Capital Ship? You decide! This fiction is about action, war and epic space battles!

Option B) The Bronze Helix Observatory has been bustling with workers. This ancient location is full of secrets, booby traps, and various pitfalls. Write an Indiana Jones-style adventure about exploring the depths of this ancient location. Are there snakes? (why'd it have to be snakes?) Giant rolling boulders? What do you find in the depths? Does it belong in a museum? You decide! This fiction is about science, action, and adventure!
