The Deets

There are a lot of potential routes that someone could go for a field medic uniform-- Will it boast heavy armor? Will it be nothing but fancy scrubs? Sivall is so overwhelmed by options she is asking anyone and everyone to submit ideas as for what the uniform for the GALFMC should look like.

A variant on the standard AAF uniform -- imagined as a collared and double-breast, buttoned jacket with long sleeves that can be rolled up, pleated with paneled "skirt" to either side of hips and terminating below the waist at about thigh level (inspiration taken from both Mass Effect medic uniforms and the armor of Kyoshi Warriors from AtLA, which in turn are inspired by samurai armors(?) citation needed lmao). Cargo? style pants tuck into tall boots. Colors are generally forestry and neutral, lending to Selen's jungle and sand environments, and may come in a variety. For the medical corps, a medic's armband distinguishes their branch, and equipment includes multiple medpacs and medical equipment for field surgery, emergency response, etc all also emblazoned with the logo. Underneath the jacket are standard fatigues undershirt and ident-tags. A cap is included but not required wear.
