Odan-Urr's Consular Conclave makes contact with Quermia

The Breakdown:

Immediately after arrival, a tense game of deliberations began as the Conclave Delegates enjoined the Quermians in negotiations with the Dominion representatives. Just as in any negotiation, words are bullets, and negotiations are a battlefield. The Jedi expended their best efforts to placate the Dominion, a well-known adversary.

The Competition:

Negotiations are a battlefield, physically and metaphorically. When negotiations turn hostile, the Jedi must be prepared for the worst. Gather as many Clusters of Fire as possible to protect our assets in the field.
