Competition: [Phase 4] Point of No Return: Due Vendetta
Phase #4
Point of No Return:
Hostilities resume between the renegade Vauzem forces and the Vatali-Odanite Cohort for the fate of Quermia.

The Breakdown:
The Peacekeeper cracked in the sky and explosions detonated along her 2,177-meter-long hull. It seemed surreal at first, she listed in low orbit before the final detonations spiraled through her core, sending debris and detritus raining into the atmosphere where they burnt their way into the Quermian seas, islands, and countrysides, leaving an untold wake of destruction. The Vauzem Separatists had severed diplomatic channels immediately after the incident, leaving an air of uncertainty in the wake of aggression.
Had any of the ship's crew or the twenty-thousand support staff destined for Quermia survived?
As the awe of destruction faded, other, more intense and raw, emotions flared among the combined forces on the ground. The conflicts, which had begun again over an act of perfidy as the Vauzem Separatists threw conventions of war aside, now took this further turn and forced the hands of the peace-seeking O.U.S.C. and Jedi alike.

The Competition:
War is here. With the destruction of The Peacekeeper and the likely death of her over 21,000 total occupants, the scope of the war has shifted from defensive to offensive. Odanite Forces on the ground have begun to mobilize in direct opposition toward Vauzem-held ports, bunkers, and other such emplacements. Now in the late stages of the war, the total populace of Quermia have begun to awaken to the realization of who the aggressors of the conflict are, seeing through the Vauzem Separatist movement to portray themselves as sympathetic heroes, and instead violent terrorists with a holdout grudge.
