The Final Act
They say war is written by the victorious, but what of the disenfranchised?
For a year, Quermia has suffered as history was rewritten and attacked by the children of those who were left behind in the wake of Operation Vanguard, the disenfranchised youths whose futures were driven by the nobles who drove Undelm under the Tibana-rich clouds of Kiast when the Vatali demonized anyone and everyone in the vicinity, service, or related to those who once schemed against the crown, regardless of their views at the time. Wounds long left to fester have finally begun to heal in the wake of new injuries and the loss of many lives beyond the initial conflict.
But who tells the history of today? The Quermians whose world was nearly razed as a byproduct of someone else's war and walked away, the Vatali Empress, who unjustly silenced her critics with the threat of violence while justly waging war against those who would seek to depose her and overthrow the Quermians, or the Jedi, the keepers of peace who were once again drawn into conflict?
As the conflict begins to draw to a close, the final battlefields are chosen, and the combatants wage war for their ideals and their pride, as well as the heart of Quermia.
Vauzem officers, proud Imperialist Sephi who stood against the so-called 'illegitimate' rule of Empress Kaltani Anasaye and her kin were fielding a mix of like-minded Sephi and mercenaries, trained and sold as soldiers to their cause by an unknown supplier. These forces had been the primary basis of the O.U.S.C. and the Acolyte of Urr's threat level assessment, before the existence of their Droid reinforcements had been known; now they rage in their final fights to maintain relevance as the Odanite Forces continue to drive them back across the various Quermian fronts.
