Competition: New Website Design for the Dark Covenant

Specifics

We need a new Website Design for the Dark Covenant. The stark white background and the size of the text do not work, nor do they fit with the DB style.

Your task is to come up with a new design for the Dark Covenant website. I will accept design proposals in the following format:

1. Photoshop compatible, full-sized image of the layout; or
2. Completed HTML and CSS output that incorporates the text up through the first article. Please use the standards outlined by the DB Coding Standards document linked from the Policies and Projects page.

The placement medal for the winner will be upgraded for a member who not only completes the initial design, but works with me to perfect and complete the design in a timely manner.

Second level crescents, with the possibility of the winner having his medal upgraded to a first level crescent.
