Event 8: [Caption Contest] Propaganda

Submissions to be sent to Braecen ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]) & Strategos ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]).

Five humorous Star Wars images will be presented, requiring participants to submit five suitable captions. Each caption may net 10 points, meaning one could attain 50 points for five brilliant submissions. Entries will be judged on humor and originality.

If a caption is deemed too insulting or degrading, depending on how serious it is, the caption itself or the entire submission may be given 0 points and thus a disqualification.

Platform

Message Boards/Web Site to present images... submissions should be a standard e-mail.

Scoring:

Each submission will net 0-10 points with a maximum of 50 points total. Disqualifications will be awarded 0 points and additional submissions may be considered void as well.

Top 5 placers: 50-40-30-20-10... sliding scale if top 20% is greater than 5 (if over 25 participants)... i.e. 20% = 6, thus: 60-50-40-30-20-10 bonus points
