**Canchi:**

A traditional Selenian meatball dish originating from some Northeastern islands. The spherical meatballs are made with a blend of cold hardy vegetables and an a reptilian avian that is native to Selen and the common livestock/income for several of the northeast tribes.

This cultural dish has made its way to Estle City from immigrants to the city, though vendors either tend to refer it under an umbrella term of 'Selenian Meatballs' for the ease of business with outsiders or even the more modernized city Selenians. It is rare to see the actual name of Canchi, more frequently possible during cultural festivals.

Often paired with kelp noodles
