The Consul has awoken from his coma and was able to make his way off the Medical Platform, despite the ProConsuls actions to keep him under lock and key to wage his personal war. After meeting with the Arconan Consul and signing of a non-aggression pact, the ProConsul and 2-3 members have disappeared along with crucial evidence pertaining to the Judecca assault. The investigation team has disappeared as well, making the recovery of the evidence that much harder. Inner circles believe that the PCON took it to save himself form prosecution, others believe he will use it to get at his rival Koskian. The Consul has set forth that an investigation and capture are needed.
