For the 2026 baseball session the competitions will be to guess the winner of the teams’ series. MLB teams play in multi game series that make up the 162 game season. Only correct winners will be credited, no award for losing team or if the series is a split/tied. Most correct predictions win, ties for the same scores.

If a game gets rained out we will wait for the make up to determine the series IF a team hasn’t won the majority before the rain out. It might take a while for a make up game so some months could be awarded later due to pending games. The league does identify which games are make ups in the doubleheaders or series extensions. If a game gets rained out at the end of the season, and they do not make up the game, this can/has happened if playoff positions are mathematically fixed and a make up would delay the playoffs start, the series will be awarded based on how many games were played.

Due to the large amount of games/series in an MLB season, this competition will focus on 3 Star Wars themed teams. - Sith (Cincinnati Reds) - Jedi (Cleveland Guardians) - Scoundrels and Bounty Hunters (Pittsburgh Pirates)

The Monthly Comps will be Mar/Apr, May, June, July, Aug, and Sept. The series will be added to the month in which it starts. Each team will have their series listed out. When the teams play each other, you can split your predictions and guarantee 1 correct winner, or be awarded for your convictions and go double or nothing, by calling out the correct winning team twice in each team's series predictions but risk getting no winner. There will also be a pre-season prediction competition for the 2026 season and World Baseball Classic. These will be graded per the points listed in the competition write-up.
